Old hands, new faces

25 July 2018

Newly-appointed managers from Jennison and GMO discuss their approach to investing in the current market environment.

Recent decisions made by the St. James's Place Investment Committee mean Ben Inker of GMO Investment Management and Mark Baribeau of Jennison Associates will each assume responsibility for co-managing the Balanced Managed fund.

In this video, Ben Inker of GMO Investment Management discusses his investment approach.

In this video, Mark Baribeau of Jennison Associates describes his own investment philosophy.

The value of an investment with St. James's Place will be directly linked to the performance of the funds you select and the value can therefore go down as well as up.

You may get back less than you invested. An investment in equities does not provide the security of capital associated with a deposit account with a bank or building society.

The opinions expressed are those of Ben Inker of GMO Investment Management and Mark Baribeau of Jennison Associates and are subject to market or economic changes. This material is not a recommendation, or intended to be relied upon as a forecast, research or other advice. The views are not necessarily shared by other investment managers or St. James's Place Wealth Management.
